Finally something to show off

For all of you Mason-Dixon knitting fans, here is my latest creation, straight out of the pages of their book.  A log cabin blanket made from the most luxuriously soft yarn I have ever gotten my hands on, so soft I could sleep with it.  It’s Plymouth yarns “Oh, My!” in four beautifully soft colors.  Too bad I can’t keep it, but alas, there is a young maiden only a couple of weeks old who will have the good fortune of napping with it soon.  It isn’t completely finished – I am going to back it with a soft chenille and crochet a border, which hopefully I will get to this week.
